Our Jubilee Court development in Canterbury breathed new life into a tired looking office block that had outlived its original purpose. The building was converted into nine contemporary apartments, with new terraced homes and a cottage built in the courtyard space behind.
Contemporary design
The design retained the existing frontage but with a new style that has delivered a much more modern and attractive appearance than the building it replaced. Modern materials were used to complement and enhance the character of its location within a conservation area.
City life
In addition to the conversion of the existing building to form apartments, including upgraded windows and Juliet balconies, the site allowed for a new semi-detached house plus three terraced homes – a new place to experience life in the city.
