Obee Holdings was founded by Thomas and Glen Obee following successful careers in the retail motor industry. Established by the Obee family in 1972, the brothers grew the Motorline Group to be one of the largest privately owned motor dealer groups in the UK, and led it to a successful market sale in October 2021.
Representing leading global car manufacturers, Glen and Thomas Obee grew a motor dealership property portfolio that is renowned in the sector for taking brownfield and greenfield sites in prime locations through complex planning applications. These developments are recognised as premier commercial property sites across the UK including locations in Kent, West Midlands, West Sussex, and Wales.
